Special Terms and Miscellaneous Notes - Storage Inventory Conditions:	Initial Storage of Inventory. Emera shall retain title to all quantities of Gas in the Southern Pines Storage Asset on the account of Emera as of March 31, 2020. As of the date of this AMA, the Initial Balance of Southern Pines Storage Asset will be approximately 335,091 MMBtus. The actual Initial Balance for Southern Pines Storage Asset will be considered the beginning Indicative balance, and will be the amount reflected on the storage inventory report of the applicable storage operator. The parties will coordinate records to ensure that both parties have access to such inventory report. Ending Storage of Inventory. Tampa Electric Company (TECO) shall purchase and obtain title to an amount of Gas equal to the Indicative balance of Gas in the Southern Pines Storage Asset as tracked by Emera on March 31, 2023 (the “Ending Balance”). The price for the Ending Balance will be $0/MMBtu. Emera will strive to ensure that the Actual balance in the Released Assets equals the Indicative balance as of the end of the Term, but in the event that the Actual balance in either Released Asset is not equal to the Indicative balance, TECO will purchase the Actual balance and (i) if the Actual balance is higher than the Indicative balance, TECO will reimburse Emera for the volumes purchased that exceed the Indicative balance at a Contract Price equal to the Florida Gas, zone 3 Midpoint index price ($/MMBtu) listed in Gas Daily (the “FGT Index Price”) as published by Platts on the last day of the AMA Term, and (ii) if the Actual balance is lower than the Indicative balance, Emera will reimburse TECO for the deficient volumes at a Contract Price equal to the FGT Index Price as published by Platts on the last day of the AMA Term. The Actual balance for each storage asset will be the amount reflected on the storage inventory report of the applicable storage operator. The parties will coordinate records to ensure that both parties have access to such inventory report.
