Special Terms and Miscellaneous Notes AMA Obligations:	This capacity is released pursuant to an asset management agreement (the "AMA") between BPCEMC, the releasing shipper, and ICBC Standard Bank PLC, the replacement shipper. ICBC Standard Bank PLC, as asset manager, will acquire 3,000,000 MMBtus of BPCEMC’s natural gas storage capacity for the term of November 2022 through March 2024. Subject to the terms of the AMA, BPCEMC has the option to sell gas to and receive/deliver natural gas from ICBC Standard Bank PLC on each day of the term of the AMA in an amount up to one hundred percent (100%) of the maximum daily quantity of the released capacity. This is a “Zero Rate Release” which constitutes a non-biddable, prearranged capacity release transaction, whereby BPCEMC retains the obligation to pay all Demand Charges associated with the released capacity. The capacity is recallable upon (i) termination or an Event of Default under the AMA or any related agreement, or (ii) the mutual written agreement of the Parties.
